What's included in the 14-day free trial?

Every feature on the plan you choose — no credit card required, no feature gates. Bring in your real inventory and contracts to evaluate. If you decide to subscribe, your data carries over. If you don't, you can export it and we'll delete it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, anytime — from inside the admin. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated within the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

How does SMS billing work?

You pick an SMS number tier (free shared, dedicated $19/mo, or power $49/mo). On top of that, outbound messages are billed per message; MMS counts as 3 units. Inbound messages are always free. Everything itemizes on the monthly invoice — no per-seat overage surprises.

Are taxes included?

No — Quebec GST and QST (or your provincial equivalent) are added at checkout per Canadian rules. The prices shown above are pre-tax.

Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?

No setup fees. No long-term contract — monthly plans cancel any time. Yearly plans are billed up front and saved against the same plan.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes, cancel any time from the admin. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation so you can export contracts, deals, and customer records. After that, we delete it per our Loi 25 retention policy.

Do you offer multi-location pricing?

Enterprise is the multi-location plan: per-location contract numbering, per-location GST/QST handling, and unlimited rooftops are included. Talk to sales for groups with more than 5 locations.

Can I add features without upgrading my plan?

Yes. F&I, Advanced CRM, Document Management, Analytics, Website Integration, and other modules are available as self-serve add-ons inside the app starting at $9/mo — no plan upgrade required.
