What's included in the 14-day free trial?
All features bundled into the plan you choose — F&I module, CRM, document management, analytics, Quebec OPC contracts and e-signing — are unlocked immediately, no credit card required. Add-ons with real per-use third-party costs (AI Auto-Respond, Voice calling, SMS Dedicated/Power numbers) need a payment method to activate — see the next question. You also get 100 free outbound SMS on the shared number to test workflows. If you decide to subscribe, your data carries over. If you don't, you can export it and we'll delete it.
Why do some add-ons require a card during trial?
Three of our add-ons — AI Auto-Respond, Voice (outbound calling), and SMS Dedicated/Power numbers — have real per-use third-party costs (Twilio, Anthropic) that we pass through transparently. To prevent surprise bills and trial abuse, we ask for a payment method before activating those during your trial. Your card isn't charged for the plan itself until day 15; metered usage on card-required features bills immediately as you use it. Plan-bundled features (F&I, CRM, documents, analytics, white-label) have zero marginal cost to provide, so they're always free during your trial — no card required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime — from inside the admin. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated within the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does SMS billing work?
You pick an SMS number tier (free shared, dedicated $19/mo, or power $49/mo). On top of that, outbound messages are billed per message; MMS counts as 3 units. Inbound messages are always free. During your trial, the first 100 outbound SMS on the shared number are free — anything beyond that requires a card on file. Everything itemizes on the monthly invoice — no per-seat overage surprises.
Are taxes included?
No — Quebec GST and QST (or your provincial equivalent) are added at checkout per Canadian rules. The prices shown above are pre-tax.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?
No setup fees. No long-term contract — monthly plans cancel any time. Yearly plans are billed up front and saved against the same plan.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?
Yes, cancel any time from the admin's billing page (we hand you off to Stripe's secure portal to confirm). Once cancelled, you have 30 days to log in and download CSVs of your clients, sales contracts, deals, and inventory from the same page. You'll get an email reminder 5 days before the deletion window closes. On day 30, your dealership data is permanently deleted per our Loi 25 retention policy — we cannot restore it after that.
Do you offer multi-location pricing?
Enterprise is the multi-location plan: per-location contract numbering, per-location GST/QST handling, and unlimited rooftops are included. Talk to sales for groups with more than 5 locations.
Can I add features without upgrading my plan?
Yes. F&I, Advanced CRM, Document Management, Analytics, Website Integration, and other modules are available as self-serve add-ons inside the app starting at $9/mo — no plan upgrade required.
